Just One Song by Stacey Lynn Review

Blurb
Nicole Parsons had the perfect life, made complete with the suburban home and the proverbial white picket fence. When tragedy struck and she lost the most important people in her life, she turned away from everything she loved before; shutting out every reminder of the perfect life she lost.

It has been one year, three months, one week and six days since the accident, and Nicole is ready to stop counting the days she’s survived, and begin living again.

On a dare from her best friend, Nicole encounters Zack Walters - the popular alternative rock star and man who signifies so much of her past – and suddenly everything in Nicole’s safe and quiet life changes.

When she’s forced to face the pain she’s carried for so long, will she truly be able to heal from her past and begin to live again?

Or will her new adventure ruin her completely?

Misty's Review
After an absolutely terrible year, Nicole decides she is ready to find her way to happiness again.
Mia, her lifelong best friend, dares her to get one of the two men sitting at the back of the bar to buy her drink.  Never one to turn down a dare from Mia, Nicole’s life changes she when locks eyes the green eyed stranger.   The wager would earn her a new pair of Malono shoes and so much more.
Zack Walters, the hottest thing to hit the charts falls immediately under her spell and the romance of a life time begins.  Zack helps her say goodbye to her painful past and proves to her that it’s ok to move on and be happy.
I finished this book during a three hour drive during which my husband looked over to see tears running down my face.   Saw my kindle and shook his head.  So, in my defense.  She’d run home after being afraid of moving on.  Zach followed her home and took the time to earn her trust  and meet the two most important people in her heart .
Everyone dreams of someone loving them like Zack loves Nicole.  The romance was believable and took me right along with them.
I can’t wait for the first snow to sit and take the time to read this one again. 4 out of 5!!
