What I thought was going to be a fun, fluffy read ended up being so much more. The good stuff was there, believe me, but there was so much more.
Scarlett came with a few “scars” and Mace had a more than his fair share of baggage as well. He is everything our fantasies could dream up, the perfect male specimen, he needed fixing, the perfect male body, tall, rugged, handsome, a hero, muscular, great family, gorgeous and last but not least, his physique. He is the bad boy after our hearts. OMG! He can have mine.
After leaving and losing scar due to his own stupidity, Mace has to win her back. With the help of his brother, Trip and Scar’s best friend, Teeny, he takes extraordinary measures would that win any woman’s heart.
Gunshots, threats and a life sized heart of flowers leads to happily ever after in their tangled love affair in more ways than one. Talk about “make up sex” and afternoon sex and all night sex…..
Scar is a lucky girl!
Book two promises to follow the rocky one night stand between Trip and Teeny. I hope we don’t have to wait long for the sequel!
