Review--Hollywood Lies by N.K. Smith

I received this ARC from Netgalley. I have to be honest. This book was difficult for me to finish. At first, it read like I was watching a soap opera. There are plenty of sex scenes, but it seems as though they are gratuitous. I tend to like a story to go with my porn, not just a bunch of porn put together to make a story. I almost walked away from this book about 75% in because of the whining and bed-hopping that the main characters were doing. I did finish the book and it got a little better by the end. I wish I would have gotten to know Devon and Cole a lot better. We just got short glimpses into who they are. So, overall I would say that this book was ok, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to my friends, unless they just want to read some pretty hot sex scenes. 2 out of 5.
